Mark 10:14 “…Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” (NIV)*

Little children believe. With an innocence of faith, they trust. They receive, enjoy, and explore without question.

Little children accept. Give them a present, or an Easter basket, and watch their wide-eyed excitement. Hear their shrieks of delight. They typically don’t have to be told twice to open it. They fully possess, maybe even to the point of exclaiming, “MINE”.

Hand them the kingdom of God wrapped up in a person, Jesus, and they’re going to accept Him. Little children don’t question His authority. They’ll talk with Him, run to His lap and enjoy His company.

This is your permission slip to let go and become like a little child. Believe, accept, possess…run to Him and enjoy His presence. Then, in your most childlike voice, exclaim, “MINE”!

Just remember, you do have to share…

Mark 10:15 “…anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” (NIV)*
